Stateroom Selection

This screen gives a list of the best staterooms available in the requested category. If there are no staterooms listed on this screen, type "GUAR" to book a guarantee. If there are no staterooms listed and the field shows "WAIT" then the category is unavailable. You can add your clients to the waitlist by continuing with the booking, or click the "BACK" button to select another category.

Available staterooms

Closest Available stateroom 

Enter in the stateroom number (example: A530) in the field then click the "Sort List" button to change the list above to show the closest available staterooms to the one entered in the field. Polar Online/Complete Cruise Solution.com booking engine (additional wording to be added here) will filter the six best available staterooms that are located on the same deck, on the same side of the ship (port or starboard), and in the same or an adjacent fire zone as the specified stateroom.

When using the "Clone" process, The Closest Available stateroom field will auto-populate on the second booking if multiple staterooms have not already been selected.

ADA staterooms / Wheelchair Accessible staterooms

Please note that if you have booked your clients into a wheelchair accessible stateroom you will have 7 days to contact Princess and have the wheelchair acknowledgment added to the booking.  If you do not contact Princess within 7 days your clients will be removed from the accessible stateroom per the new federal regulations that state an acknowledgment of need for the stateroom is required to be booked into accessible stateroom

Proceed to Create Booking button

Click on the "SAVE AND CONTINUE" button. You may select up to three staterooms.

Back button

Click the "BACK" button to go back one screen.

Reset Form button

Click on the "RESET FORM" button to clear any selections you have made on this screen.
