Group Bookings Information

CONTENTS

GROUP BASICS

1. A group consists of sixteen or more berths at double occupancy.

2. Quantities in groups are based on berths or beds, not cabins.

3. Each agency may have one group per ship, per trade, per month.
To request additional affinity groups, please call the cruise line Group Administration Department.

4. Changes on individual bookings must come from the agency listed on the booking.

5. All bookings made by your agency on a sailing on which you have a group automatically become part of the group and receive amenities unless the promotion on the booking specifically prohibits it.

6. 3rd and 4th passengers do not count towards the group, receive amenities or get a group discount.

7. The standard Tour Conductor (TC) ratio is 1 for 15. When the TC ratio is 1 for 15, the 16th full fare guest earns the group a TC credit. When the TC ratio is 1 for 12, the 13th full fare guest earns the group a TC credit. When the TC ratio is 1 for 10, the 11th full fare guest earns the group a TC credit. These credits are assigned at finalization which is 10 days prior to departure.
