Cabin Selection

- Click the "DETAILS" button next to the desired cabin for additional information about the cabin, including location, square footage, bed configuration, and cabin notes.
- To select a cabin, type the cabin number in the cabin field at the bottom of the screen and click on the "SAVE AND CONTINUE" button. You may select up to three cabins.
This screen gives a list of the best cabins available in the requested category. If there are no cabins listed on this screen, type "GUAR" to book a guarantee. If there are no cabins listed and the field shows "WAIT" then the category is unavailable. You can add your clients to the waitlist by continuing with the booking, or click the "BACK" button to select another category.
Available Cabins
Closest Available Cabin
Enter in the cabin number (example: A530) in the field then click the "Sort List" button to change the list above to show the closest available cabins to the one entered in the field. Polar Online will filter the six best available cabins that are located on the same deck and on the same side of the ship (port or starboard).
When using the "Clone" process, The Closest Available Cabin field will auto-populate on the second booking if multiple cabins have not already been selected.
Proceed to Create Booking button
Click on the "SAVE AND CONTINUE"button. You may select up to three cabins.
Back button
Click the "BACK" button to go back one screen.
Reset Form button
Click on the "RESET FORM" button to clear any selections you have made on this screen.
