Helpful Hints
The easiest way to retrieve a booking is with the booking reference, but the system will allow you to search your agency's list of bookings if the booking reference has been misplaced. If you are searching for a booking using the Sailing Data Search, be sure to use the surname of the first passenger only. If you continue to have difficulties locating the record please contact the CCS Reservations team.
Booking Search
This screen is used to retrieve an existing booking.
Booking Number Search
Booking Number
Type in the booking reference and click the "SEARCH" button.
Sailing Data Search
If you do not have the booking reference the system allows you to search for it by ship and departure date, along with the first passenger's surname. Click the "SEARCH" button once all information has been entered.
Ship
Select the ship from the drop down menu.
Departure Date
Type the departure date in DDMMMYY format. Note the departure date is the first day of the cruise or cruisetour. If the cruise is a cruisetour that includes a tour before the cruise, the departure date is the first day of the cruise. If you have difficulties determining the cruise please contact the CCS Reservations team.
Last Name
Type the first passenger's surname.
Voyage Number
If you have the P&O Cruises cruise number, type it in to this field. The ship and departure date do not need to be entered if you have the cruise number.
Boarding Pass
Click the "BOARDING PASS STATUS" button to display a list of passengers and their boarding pass status. You may print the boarding pass within 75 days of the voyage departure date for an individual passenger or several passengers from the list.

Reset Form Button
Click the "RESET FORM" button on the bottom of the screen to delete all of the information you have entered.
